Chew Gum: To activate your body’s first defense against cavities, chew sugar-free gum for 20 minutes after a meal. This will trigger saliva flow, which will clean your mouth. It also delivers fortifying substances to strengthen tooth enamel.
Mouthwash: Therapeutic mouthwash may be a beneficial addition to the oral hygiene routine of some people. Be sure to choose a product with the ADA Seal of Acceptance to ensure that it will help kill bacteria, rather than simply temporarily freshening breath.
